PERIODONTAL DISEASE IS A MAJOR HEALTH RISK FOR YOUR PET.

Did you know the most diagnosed disease in dogs is dental disease. About 85% of all dogs over one year of age have some degree of periodontal disease.

  • It is PAINFUL.  Many times pets with severe oral pain will suffer without showing any signs of distress.
  • It is PREVENTABLE
  • Pets with severe periodontal disease will release bacteria from their mouth into their bloodstream, which can affect the heart, kidney, and liver.

Listed below are some clinical signs, which pet owners might observe if their pet is developing a dental problem.

Mild Gingivitis. This is the best time to clean the teeth.

Early Periodontal Disease. Immediate Dental Care is needed

Advanced Periodontal Disease. Chronic infection is destroying gums, teeth, and bone. Bacteria also entering bloodstream and may damage heart, liver, and kidneys.
